Embedded recruitment is a cost-effective and flexible service for clients with spikes in hiring needs. This function allows talent acquisition functions to remain lean and strategic while letting a specialist recruitment team do the heavy lifting of actively hiring.

The Embedded model is a subscription-based service where you pay a monthly fee per consultant which can be terminated at any time should your hiring needs change giving you ultimate flexibility.
Depending on volumes and timescales we can embed multiple consultants with your team who will be dedicated to your account full-time OR part-time.

Baldur Connect helped Germany's leading Streaming Platform, Joyn, deliver an efficient quality-driven hiring process across various technology teams in the organisation.
TASK
Joyn required filling 25+ roles within 5 months across their growing Tech Department.

Germany, among other European countries, has a severe skill shortage and the task of finding qualified and interested candidates, especially in Tech Hub locations (e.g. Berlin and Munich) can be extremely time consuming and challenging.
METHOD
Baldur worked with Joyn's recruitment team to understand the culture of each sub team and create a service level agreement for each role to build an effective process and the nuances of the technical skills were adhered too. Various techniques have been used by Baldur to conduct the searches and build out a Digital Automation Funnel.

Baldur Connect suggested a 2-3 stage interview process with tight deadlines around producing feedback. Baldur conducted all firs round HR Interviews and presented suitable shortlists to the hiring managers.

A positive candidate experience throughout the process was delivered and enhancements were made to Joyns employer branding and engagement to a wider field of people in the German Startup scene.

In collaboration with Joyn, Baldur hosted an event for 70+ attendees to create a networking opportunity for potential candidates. This gave a fantastic platform for the CEO and CTO of Joyn to share their stories of the challenges and successes of a growing start-up, followed by a Q&A session.
